The She is Jules team is a shop based in California, offering unique, made-to-order clothing and accessories. Please note that some of our clothing is drop-shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, while smaller items are shipped by hand from our studio.
Shipping Times Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and fulfillment of drop-shipped items. For smaller, hand-shipped items, orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location and demand, and may account for tour dates depending on. If you have concerns on your shipping times, you can track your order or reach out via social or email us at collabs@sheisjules.com.
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping, but please expect longer delivery times due to customs and transit delays, which can vary depending on your country.
Order Tracking & Delivery Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues.
Prevention & Precautions As a small business, we appreciate your patience. If there are any unforeseen delays or issues with fulfillment, we will notify you as soon as possible. For orders marked as delivered but not received, we encourage you to check with neighbors or your local postal service before reaching out. We cannot guarantee replacements for lost items but will assist in contacting the shipping carrier.
